Never answers the phone, and never rings back even though theoretically offers this option. Impossible to get in touch. What else to add? Poor customer service.

Purchased a portable air conditioning unit that got delivered on the 14/7/22 when turned it on there was loud noise from the compressor, I immediately notified their customer service by sending an email on the same day itself and rang them on 15/07, took almost 45 minutes on the phone to get hold of them. They agreed to take the faulty unit and said that they would send the safety straps before arranging a courier for collection, I waited until 18/07 for the safety straps but there was no sign of them so I contacted Energybulbs on 19/07, I managed to speak to someone after holding for almost an hour, they arranged DPD to collect the faulty unit on the 19/07, I waited for the DPD driver all day but he never showed up. I contacted Energybulbs again today almost 3 times and was in a que for more than an hour but wasn't able to get through. A shocking experience, their after sales support is very very poor.

Product was at the right price, but the delivery was slow due to the royal mail

Ordered something on a pre-12 delivery and paid extra for the delivery. The company confirmed the order, and has gone quiet now the delivery is due. I have been on hold for almost an hour (it said the wait would be 10 minutes at the start of the call) and there's no-one answering live chat. Pretty awful customer service, I would not recommend using them as you cant get hold of anyone to speak to.

Fast service, well packaged

Item as described. Reasonably priced. Very well packaged. Would definitely recommend and will use their services again in the future.

Second hand fan sent out , unable to contact customer services via phone or email, we have used many times before but this will be last time , now we have a dissatisfied customer who had taken time off work and will now have to again for us to fit another fan

This has been a pretty poor first experience of using the company and probably the last time I will.
We ordered an air conditioning unit for the loft bedroom and the aim was to look at purchasing a fully integrated system for the house.
Customer service was appalling, no contact, incorrect information given and then had to leave work with no notice as the delivery man had turned up in announced as we hadn’t been sent any tracking information.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and having now spoken to a couple of air con engineers the prices aren’t all that competitive.

Quick delivery , especially to NI. They were replacement units to one I bought a number of years ago. They were half the price to the original purchase. Great value.
